  • I haven’t worked out in forever - can I still join your classes?

    • ABSOLUTELY! Our classes are designed to challenge every fitness level! We are station based so every Babe will be able to take their pace. Our coaches will give modifications to adjust the difficulty to your comfort level!

  • I have pain *insert area or 10*, will I be able to do the class?

    • Of course! Our coaches are educated to modify each move to challenge you in a safe way.

  • What does it mean to be a “Women Focused Gym”?

    • We cater to making women feel comfortable + empowered. This doesn’t mean we shy away from heavy weights (if you want of course!). We are educated to help women learn to perform daily tasks without pain, feel confident in their bodies, and grow in community with other like-minded women.

  • What equipment is available at the Studio?

    • We have a bit of everything you’ll need! For cardio, we have treadmills, an elliptical, a stair stepper, bikes, and a rower. We have a cable machine, dumbbells, leg press, hack squat, glute drive, TRX, bands, etc.

  • I am pregnant - can I still become a member + use your amenities?

    • We recommend that every Soon to be momma talks with their OBGYN/medical provider before signing up for anything here at The Cave. Our classes can be modified to ensure a safe workout while keeping you and your growing little healthy. Our sauna + cold plunge REQUIRE a signature from your OBGYN/medical provider before entering. We highly recommend that you do your research before using either.

  • I want to bring a friend with me! How do I make this happen?

    • The more the merrier! We have a guest pass for $25, and a simple form they’ll need to complete PRIOR to any exercise at the Babe Cave. This is for guests

  • Do you have a dress code?

    • We want you to be comfortable + confident in what you wear here at The Babe Cave! We ask that you cover the girls + your buns, wear athletic clothing, and clean tennis shoes. We ask that you DO NOT wear jeans, sandals, boots, etc.

  • What do I need to bring to class?

    • You’ll want a water bottle + potentially a sweat towel. Other than that, we’ll have everything you need!
