The Babe Cave Boutique Fitness Studio (aka the BABE CAVE) is a women-focused fitness studio with a minimum age requirement of fourteen (14) years of age and requires a BASIC membership in order to access any and all areas of the fitness studio. A member is considered to be anyone who executes all documentation requirements AND purchases a recurring monthly membership. We have no long-term contracts, but we do utilize recurring, automatic payments, which can be canceled at any time with a 14-day notice prior to the next billing cycle date. 

 

• • You must create an account with Glofox, a branded mobile application that allows members to purchase and manage their BABE CAVE memberships

  • You must read and sign The BABE CAVE’s Membership Terms and Conditions AND Waiver and Release Form prior to your first open gym session and/or class.

  • If under the age of eighteen (18) years of age, we require your legal guardian to sign consent forms in-studio prior to your first open gym session and/or class.

  • You must purchase the Monthly Basic Membership

  • You must schedule via your Glofox account a mandatory gym orientation AND complete orientation prior to your first open gym session and/or class.

  • Current membership packages, costs, promotions, and service fees are detailed exclusively on the Babe Cave Boutique Fitness Studio website and/or the affiliated Glofox mobile app.

 

MONTHLY CLASS MEMBERSHIP ADD-ONS - Group fitness class options are available in a variety of monthly class membership add-on packages and/or as a drop-in one-time service.  All include access to open gym hours.

 

• • Monthly Basic Membership and all monthly class membership add-ons renew automatically and have recurring charges until the member chooses to modify or cancel the membership.

  • Open gym hours are only accessible when scheduled group fitness classes are NOT in session, allowing for a semi-private group class experience.

  • Group fitness classes that are included in the monthly class membership add-ons must be used during the coinciding membership billing month. If unlimited, the member can attend one class per day (based on class availability) during the coinciding membership billing month.  Classes CAN NOT be extended or “rolled over” to the next month - NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Drop-in class purchases must be used within 14 days of purchase

  • Class schedules and instructors are subject to change at any time, with or without warning.

  • All classes have a 15-person cap in order to ensure a semi-private training experience and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sign-up is required and must be done via your Glofox account.

  • Class Cancellation: Classes must be canceled 8 hours or more prior to the scheduled class via your Glofox account. Classes that are canceled less than 8 hours prior to the scheduled class time are considered late cancellations. In this case, a class will be deducted from the canceling Member’s account. If a member is participating in the “Monthly Unlimited”  membership and late cancels, the member will be charged a late cancel fee of $10. All late cancellation fees collected from BABE CAVE are donated to local charities.  Please Note: BABE CAVE has limited class sizes and, therefore, needs to enforce the cancellation policy to ensure that all members have access, when possible, to classes offered.

  • Late arrival: If a Member or Guest with a reserved class spot arrives more than ten (10) minutes late, the reservation may be given away to another client. For any member who is more than ten (10) minutes late to class, BABE CAVE reserves the right to charge a late fee of $10 for “monthly unlimited” members (to be donated to charities) or deduct a class from the late member’s account.

  • Waitlists: BABE CAVE limits the size of our classes to ensure that all members receive an excellent workout experience in a safe environment. When a class is full, a limited amount of BABE CAVE participants can join the waitlist. Notification will be sent if space becomes available.

  • Drop-ins:  Any BABE CAVE Member may drop into a class. However, if the class is full in advance, drop-ins will not be accommodated.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING AND NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING - Personal Training and Nutritional Counseling are both available for members only at a “per-session” cost.

• • You must purchase and/or schedule sessions via your Glofox account.

  • All personal training appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours or more in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for your appointment.

  • Members have one year from the purchase date to use the sessions purchased.  Sessions cannot be extended or “rolled over” to the following year.

 

AMENITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFRARED SAUNA AND COLD PLUNGE) - Amenity packages are available for member-only purchase at a “per-session” cost, with discounts available for packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions.

• • You must purchase and/or schedule sessions via your Glofox account.

  • All amenities are appointment-based and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sign-up is required and must be done so via your Glofox account.

  • All amenities must be canceled at least 24 hours or more in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for your appointment.

  • Members have one year from the purchase date to use the sessions purchased.  Sessions cannot be extended or “rolled over” to the following year.

  • Appointment times are strictly enforced due to the cleaning and disinfection requirements of Amenities.

  • Current Session Scheduling Requirements:

    • We are aware that every Babe’s time is valuable; therefore, out of respect, appointment times are strictly enforced.  Please arrive early to your appointment to allow time to change and/or shower (as required prior to entering the cold plunge)

    • Infrared Sauna - 30-minute appointments with 15-minute deep cleaning in between each scheduled appointment time.

    • Cold Plunge - 15-minute appointments with 15-minute circulation and cleaning in between each scheduled appointment time.

    • The Babe Cave Boutique Fitness Studio reserves the right to make any and all changes to any and all amenity scheduling.

 

GYM BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT - The BABE CAVE reserves the right to refuse anyone studio access and suspend or terminate studio use or memberships if we reasonably consider that one’s conduct is dangerous or in any way that negatively affects the interests of other users of the Studio or participants in our classes.

 

HOURS OF OPERATION - Except for all Federal, State, and Local holidays, the normal hours of operation of The BABE CAVE shall be made available on the BABE CAVE website.  Open gym hours are accessible when scheduled group fitness classes are NOT in session, allowing for a semi-private group class experience.

 

The BABE CAVE reserves the right to make any changes to the hours of operation, membership fees and dues, any and all service prices, retail prices, rules, regulations, policies, equipment, amenities, and any and all services offered, including but not limited to, the type or quantity of classes, retail items, personal training, nutritional counseling, etc.
